SHIPPING POLICY
RANNA GILL's team is pleased to offer shipping services within India and to various international locations. To ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience, we have established partnerships with reputable logistics providers who prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
- Shipping Services: We provide shipping services within India and to multiple locations outside India.
- Order Cancellation: In the event that we are unable to reach you or you decline the delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. Refunds, after cancellation, will be processed after deducting Rs 200/- for shipping and handling charges.
- Ownership and Risk: The title and risk of all products ordered by you are transferred to you upon delivery.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of 200/- INR will be charged.

COD POLICY:
To ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process, we have implemented the following COD policy:
- COD Facilities: Our Cash on Delivery (COD) facilities are applicable on orders above 4,999/- and below 50,000/-. This allows customers to conveniently choose COD as a payment option within the specified order value range.
- Advance Payment: For COD orders above 15,000/-, an advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required. This helps us manage inventory, logistics, and minimize any potential losses or order cancellations.
- Timely Confirmation: We require COD order confirmations within 48 hours of placement. This helps us maintain an accurate order fulfillment schedule and ensures that the products are reserved for you. Failure to confirm within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.
- Commitment to Customers: By implementing this policy, we aim to prioritize customers who are committed to their orders. It helps us maintain transparency, manage resources effectively, and provide a seamless experience to all customers.
- Efficiency and Prompt Delivery: Receiving the advance payment and timely confirmation allow us to process your order promptly. It enables us to allocate resources efficiently, prepare the products, and arrange for a smooth delivery to your doorstep.

Dispatch and Delivery Policy:
We understand that you are eagerly awaiting the delivery of your ordered styles. To provide transparency and ensure a smooth delivery process, we have established the following dispatch and delivery guidelines:
- Dispatch Timelines: If your order is already available in the desired size, we will dispatch it within 3 to 7 working days from the date of successful order placement.
- Pre-Order Dispatch: Our standard dispatch timelines range from 2 to 6 Weeks from the date of successful order placement. Please note that these timelines account for orders where we may need to create a new piece based on your specific order requirements.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver our products in 3-7 working days post dispatch.The actual delivery time depends on our courier partners and the location of delivery. In certain areas, the accessibility of the location may affect the delivery time, resulting in longer transit periods. Rest assured, if your location is affected, we will proactively contact you to provide updates.
- Specific Delivery Date: If you require the product to be delivered by a particular date, we kindly request you to reach out to our team in advance and inform us. This will enable us to update you on the feasibility of meeting your deadline.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for sizes on full price styles only. We don’t offer exchange/return on discount or on any offer items.
- If the ordered piece doesn't fit, please follow these steps:
- Please write to us at care@rannagill.com. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91-9289205550, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.
- Please await an e-mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return request. Once we accept your return request we will request you to ship on the provided shipping address.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the e-mail.
Exchange & Return Shipment:
- Please note that return shipments must be arranged by the customer.
- We do not generate pick-up requests.
Charges and Limitations:
- Exchanges are accepted once and may incur charges.
- Customized orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted if the piece meet the following criteria:
- The piece is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free from perfume and with all tags still attached.
- Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check and acknowledge receipt. Incase any damage is found or we come across the same has been worn then the return will be cancelled and the customer will have to get the piece picked up from the Head Office.
Credit Note:
- Approved returns will be issued a credit note.
- The credit note amount will match the value of the purchased product.
- The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- The credit note can be used on your next purchase.
- Credit note can’t be clubbed with any other coupon or Discount offers.
Initiating a Return:
- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at care@rannagill.com with your order details.
- Our team will process your request and provide further instructions.
Time Limit:
- Exchanges or return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.
Item Descriptions and Colors:
- Please carefully read the item descriptions, including size information. Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.
Return Shipping Fees:
- In the case of an exchange / return, the customer is responsible for shipping the articles back to us.
Agreement to Terms:
- By purchasing from Ranna Gill, you agree to our shopping terms, conditions, and policies.

DELAYED/MISSING PARCEL:

- All our parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.
- If you experience any delays in the delivery of your parcel, we kindly request you to contact us. We will be happy to assist you in investigating the reasons behind the delay and finding a solution.
- Once your order is dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time within tier 1 & 2 cities is 3-7 working days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary for regions outside tier 1 & 2 cities, depending on the specific delivery location.
- It's important to understand that the transit period is beyond our control and may occasionally fluctuate due to unforeseeable circumstances.
- We want to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order caused by factors beyond our control.
- On certain occasions, we may offer guaranteed delivery for specific items within a specified time frame.
- However, please be aware that while we strive to fulfill these guarantees, the transit time is not within our direct control.
- We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held liable for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
- In the rare occurrence of a lost parcel before delivery, we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.
- We will dispatch a new piece to replace the lost one; however, please understand that the delivery time may vary due to the unforeseen circumstances.
- If you encounter any issues related to lost parcels, please contact us, and we will work closely with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Refund Policy:

- The refund amount will be issued as store credit, which will be added to your Ranna Gill website account.
- This store credit can be utilized for future purchases on our platform.
- We kindly ask you to note that the store credit will remain valid for a period of 90 days.
