Cash on Delivery (up to ₹1,00,000) ₹200

COD is available on orders between ₹4,999 and ₹1,00,000.

Dispatch & Delivery

In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location You can check estimated delivery times by entering your pincode on the product page or at checkout

Express Delivery: 48-hour delivery is available in Delhi NCR on prepaid orders for items from our selected merchandise.

Order Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via Email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Exchanges

Eligibility We offer exchanges on most products under the following conditions:

The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered All original tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging The item is fragrance-free and passes our quality check upon return

Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons only:

Size change (subject to availability) Wrong item received Manufacturing defect or damage

Please note: Items purchased under discounts are eligible for size exchange upto 7 days only.

What Is Not Eligible

Items that have been altered at the customer's request Items outside the 7-day exchange window

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email us at care@rannagill.com or reach us via call or WhatsApp at +91-92892-05550 Share your order details and reason for exchange Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost One complimentary reverse pickup is included per order. Any subsequent pickup requests will incur a delivery charge payable by the customer.

Store Credit If your exchange request is approved and the returned item passes our quality check, store credit will be issued.

Store credit is equal to the product value (COD fees are excluded) Valid for 90 days from the date of issue Delivered as a coupon code via Email and WhatsApp Redeemable in your Ranna Gill account at checkout

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds. All refunds are issued as store credit only.

Alterations We offer an alteration facility on request. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements. Note that certain alterations may carry an additional charge, and altered items cannot be exchanged.
