Orders within India are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. We collaborate with trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Transit times typically range from 2-7 days, depending on your location.

We kindly request you to place separate orders for each shipping address.

Our courier partners will reach out to you before delivery. If you’re unavailable, they will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to us. 

To ensure a hassle-free experience, you can notify us in advance to reschedule the delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier partner details via email. To track your shipment, simply visit the courier’s website (e.g., Bluedart, Merchants) and enter your AWB number.

Returns and Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Refunds will be issued as a credit note, redeemable on fresh arrivals within 90 days from the issue date.
