Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Every Ranna Gill piece is made to be worn and loved. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it easy to put right — through an exchange, store credit, or a refund where we've fallen short.

01 — Eligibility

Return Window

Requests may be raised within 7 days of delivery, via your account on rannagill.co.in, WhatsApp, or at any Ranna Gill store.

Condition

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, labels and designer packaging intact.

02 — Exchange & Store Credit

Both fresh (non-discounted) and discounted articles are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

03 — Not Eligible

  • Made-to-order and customised pieces
  • Products without tags or in worn condition
  • A second exchange on an article already exchanged once

04 — Quality Check

Every return is inspected at our facility before exchange, refund or credit note is approved.

05 — Damage & Manufacturing Defect

If an article arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery.

06 — Process & Timelines

Step 1: Raise a request within 7 days.

Step 2: Courier pickup scheduled within 3–5 business days.

Step 3: Exchange / Refund processed after approval.

07 — International Orders

Returnable only if damaged, defective or incorrect.

08 — Cash On Delivery Orders

COD orders are eligible for exchange on the same terms as prepaid orders.
