Return, Exchange Policy

Every Ranna Gill piece is made to be worn and loved. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it easy to put right — through an exchange, store credit, or a refund where we've fallen short.

01 — ELIGIBILITY

Return Window

Requests may be raised within 7 days of delivery, via your account on rannagill.co.in, WhatsApp, or at any Ranna Gill store.

Condition

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, labels and designer packaging (dust bags, belts) intact. Items received without these will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer.

02 — EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

Both fresh (non-discounted) and discounted articles are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Only one exchange is permitted per article — the piece received in exchange cannot be exchanged again.

Fresh / Non-Discounted Articles Exchange for a different size, colour or style — or a credit note, valid 90 days.
Discounted / Sale Articles Exchange only. No credit note is issued on discounted articles.
Value rule: the article chosen in exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original order amount. Any difference in price is payable by the customer at the time of exchange.
03 — NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Made-to-order and customised pieces
  • Products without tags, or in worn / altered / soiled condition
  • A second exchange on an article already exchanged once
04 — QUALITY CHECK

Every return is inspected at our facility on arrival. Exchange or credit note is released only once the item clears this check — a successful courier pickup does not itself guarantee approval. Items showing signs of wear, styling or use will be declined and returned to the customer.

05 — DAMAGE & MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If an article arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please bring it to the attention of our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund is credited to your original mode of payment.

06 — PROCESS & TIMELINES
Step 1 Raise a request within 7 days via My Orders, WhatsApp, email, or in-store.
Step 2 Courier pickup scheduled within 3–5 business days; self-ship offered where pickup isn't serviceable.
Step 3 Exchange / credit note / refund processed within 7 business days of quality-check or claim approval.
07 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returnable only if damaged, defective or incorrect. Store credit is issued once the item reaches our India facility, within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

08 — CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders with a value between ₹4,999 and ₹1,00,000.

Shipping Charges:

Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹ 200 shipping fee (applicable on orders between ₹4,999 and ₹1,00,000)

Exchange & Return Policy:

COD orders are eligible for exchange on the same terms as prepaid orders. Exchanges are available on both fresh-price and discounted articles, subject to the brand's exchange policy.

For fresh-price (non-discounted) articles, customers may also opt for a credit note, wherever applicable.

In cases where a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage claim, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account after the product has successfully cleared the required quality inspection
